FAQ

Support questions

Who reads my message?
Someone on the team who builds CodeMorph. Security reports go to the front of the queue.
Is support free during the beta?
Yes. Every message reaches the team building CodeMorph. Paid plans will add priority support.
Can you look at my code?
Only what you choose to share, and only if you're allowed to share it. Usually a description, log lines and a screenshot are enough.
Where do I request a feature?
Reach us through the contact page and mark it as product feedback. Tell us the problem you're solving, not just the feature.
